Unwelcoming environment, no price mentioned in the beginning , she treated my finger roughly and three of my fingers started to bleed due to fast service. Go at your own risk.

I have been coming here since I was 6.. these last 2years I’ve found myself BEYOND unhappy with 1. The service and 2.the overall nails. I asked one of the girls to do a French tip, it was WAY too thick for my liking. I said can you please make it thinner , she literally told me “no that’s how it’s supposed to be”. Enough said there… to follow, I have not had acrylics for 3 years and my nails were SO HEALTHY with no issues and long! She decided to FILE MY NAILS DOWN for the “gel polish to stick”… now my nails are breaking and are so flimsy I cannot even pick something up without them bending. Lastly there were 3 different nails with lint/hair visible and she just ignored it when I pointed it out. I’m surprised I didn’t walk out mid set. I really should have.. Save yourself the awful experience and go literally anywhere in Petaluma. All of Novato nail salons are very unprofessional. See photos/video of each nail bending

Called in for a pedicure appointment about an hour or two before they close and they were able to squeeze me in. Visually the place looks nice, it could use a bit more in depth cleaning, there’s a bit of dust. The workers were polite and friendly. I think the service overall was a 10/10 and they did an amazing job copying the reference photo provided. I definitely will be coming back!

I’m not happy at all with the manicure and the pedicure. Most of them didn’t know how to deep clean my dead skin for my feet and my hand. They kept asking me for the color even though the nail Polishes were extremely old. One of the co workers even did my daughter’s nails and she asked for French tips, it was nothing like how she even asked. The tip was so thick wasn’t thin like how she asked. She didn’t even remove her dead skin, this nail salon is extremely expensive for nothing at all. Trust I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. I’ve been through many nail salons before but this is the first time I’ve left a salon unhappy. Extremely rude and also disrespectful. One of the co workers were very rude to my daughter, they gave her so much attitude. It’s also very rude how they kept talking to each other in their own language because it kinda seems like they were talking about us. Overall bad place. Do not recommend. Horrible.
