I have done multiple projects with Lucid over the years. Always in stressful situations where there were high stakes. Lucid takes phenominal pride in their work, they do what they can to steer the project in the right direction from the start and execute superbly on what their scope is. In our projects we've gone as far as to put build a custom skid that put the entire purification train (cell lysis through sterile filtered BDP) on one single use skid. They've also found parts to build project critical cables during the pandemic to keep the projects on schedule. To top it off they are always pleasant to get along with and don't make me (a process engineer) feel too bad about my lack of automation knowledge by explaining things kindly without condesention or just ignoring my requests or saying something is impossible when it isn't as I've experienced with others.
