Cricket service better than Metro by far. The initial rep. was great. Never saw him again, the owner is completely uninterested in helping you, he doesn't even try to put a little effort simple issues. There could be easy solutions to uncomplicated situations, yet he leaves you stranded in a position of not being able to resolve the problem. You walk out feeling that negative energy, but funny when you're spending $300.00 they are so attentive. The young lady is very present & the young man named Lucio also kind. I don't think I'll ever purchase a phone there again
