I am very happy with the pharmacy at Rite Aid in Novato. The pharmacist is always very helpful and is genuinely kind to the customers. He found out today that my daughter's date of birth was entered differently into the system but was able to fill the testing kits through our insurance. He told us to call the insurance afterwards to change her DOB. Saved me another trip and I was more than grateful. Thank you, Richard! This is an addendum review to all the rite aid pharmacies: the online vaccine scheduling system and the real situation of each pharmacy doesn't match. My daughter has been to 2 different rite aid pharmacy twice recently, once was at Northgate and another in Novato. I scheduled 2 vaccines online and got confirmation on each occasion. However as we got there, we were told one or another is not in stock. Or it's one day too early to get the HPV vaccine. If you can't confirm the status of your storage, don't confirm it with the customer!
