We used Rocky’s Moving Company for our move yesterday, and we truly cannot say enough good things about them. The three movers who helped us were incredibly kind, diligent, charismatic, and professional from start to finish. They constantly asked thoughtful clarifying questions while packing and moving items, which made us feel like our belongings were really being cared for. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful and honest they were throughout the entire process. At one point, one of them noticed that one of our wood furniture pieces was slightly damaged. When we got to our new home, one of the movers actually took the piece apart, used wood glue to repair it, and then reassembled it for us. We were honestly blown away by that level of care. Our move also unexpectedly turned into a dump run after discovering black mold in our bedroom that had spread onto our bed frame- not the type of situation you want or anticipate while moving! They were so understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable about what we should do, and they handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. Beyond just being excellent movers, they were simply wonderful, genuine people. They were careful, thoughtful, hardworking, well-mannered, and easy to be around during a very stressful day. We will absolutely use Rocky’s Moving Company for every move going forward and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Truly an 10/10 experience.
