My experience at Big O tires in Novato was top-notch. The level of personal care from Jorge and his crew was amazing! I pulled up, and Jorge met me at my car, anticipating that I was there to get help with my car. I know that sounds small, but it wasn’t. He was gracious, accommodating, very friendly and just knew how to take charge in the most polite manner possible. As we walked to the office, he engendered a level of confidence that made me know I came to the right place. As soon as I came into the office, Jonathan was at the ready at the counter to check me in. He too showed a level of care and quality that made me feel like I made the right choice coming there. For some of us, like me, any issue with a car makes me feel emotional. While I was there, there were two other employees I interacted with who I sadly did not get the names of. It was a woman and a man, and we made jokes about “brodies” and old-school terms. We were all just laughing. Then seeing Jorge’s cool car collection in the display case at the front was so awesome, as well the other stuff that Jorge did to make me laugh. The whole experience felt like I was hanging out with friends/family. That is rare these days. People are so caught up in the stress of life that sometimes just the simple things like making a person feel like they belong or that they matter means everything. Believe it or not Big O Tires did just that. This is no exaggeration. When I came home, I had to tell my son about my experience because it was upbuilding. I told him I had a great time. Who has a great time getting their tire replaced? But I did because of Jorge, Jonathan, the man and woman in the office, and I give full gratitude to whoever worked on my car who I never had opportunity to meet. Thank you for helping me. It was huge!
