This is a review of a change in BevMo's corporate policy on refunds. When I joined BevMo a few years ago, discounts were provided at the time of check-out, as per Whole Foods, Safeway, etc. Recently, I noticed (4/3/24) and confirmed (5/4/24) that BevMo now provides the discount on a receipt that must be brought back within 2 weeks for $10 off the next purchase. This is standard policy for businesses that are money grubbing and exploit customers. I have to store my receipts, remember to bring with me when I shop again, and do this within 2 weeks. The clear intent is to greatly reduce the amount of discounts provided to customers. I do not do shop at such businesses, will not shop at BevMo until it returns to the original policy, and encourage all to avoid BevMo.

I brought in a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017 with a broken command key along with a replacement key that I had bought on eBay. I thought the replacement was NOT the right part since I had repaired a broken key on a 2015 MacBook Pro and this key looked so different. And, I didn't want to start taking keys off to see what they looked like as replacement of keys can be tricky. The tech from R&R looked at the broken key and the replacement part and left to get a special tool to remove one piece of the broken key on the keyboard and put on the replacement. It took less than 10 minutes, but I couldn’t have done it as it required the tool along with the expertise to remove the piece (which at first glance seemed to break the key further). The tech wouldn’t take any payment even though I offered. So not only was R&R knowledgeable and friendly, but very customer friendly. I will be using them for future computer issues.
