I'm so sad to post this- had a wonderful experience at the car wash, car was thoroughly cleaned, the people worked hard- dried well, clean inside. And then I noticed the horrific, very large scratches on my wheel rim. Car is brand new. Ouch. :-( I wanted this to be my go-to car wash but sadly I am one and done with this place. Boooo..... In response to "owner" comment.... yes, it is the front driver's side wheel. If I am following the directions of your employee as to where to steer, it sounds like you need to get better protection for the entrance tracks.....
