Service is great as usual and we are always happy to buy local, but the quality of the toys has tanked. For the second time in a row our kids have been disappointed by buying a $30 toy that was cheap disposable plastic we could have gotten at Walmart for $5. The thing with local B&M stores is that there are no reviews, so we trust the proprietors to deliver good products, and are willing to pay a premium to support them. They failed here. I think we are gunna stick with the online options with reviews from now on.
