Unfortunately need to write this review as they are using canola oil not only to fry but also in their salad dressing. For a restaurant that prides itself in ingredients and charges such premium prices, we should expect more. Also, the wait was exceptionally long despite not being busy. Bummed that the places you think you can trust to care about quality and providing nourishing meals to the community are cutting corners like this! Also pieces of wilted / older tasting lettuce the last few times I've been in. Do better, Blue Barn! We want to love you.
