Not sure what the employees think their job is. Customer service? Went to ask some simple questions about their services and the energy and tude was, don't bother me. Dismissive stink eye with some 18 year old at the counter snickering. Schwab, you can do better. Scrap this crew and start anew. I really want to use your services.

Jeez, what can I say other than 10 stars if I could for same day service on a Prius inverter pump replacement at 15% less than other shops, that were a week out. I appreciate your great service. I'll be back
