As an apartment broker for over 15 years, I've worked with dozens of apartment management companies over the years. Meridian was absolutely one of the most professional, organized, and dedicated managers I've worked with. Reporting was on point, issues were handled in a timely manner, and property operations always stayed strong, year after year. The tenants also had great things to say about them. For anyone looking for a property management company for apartments, large and small, I strongly recommend MCPM Inc.
