I can’t say enough good things about Brandon McGrath ! This isn’t my first time working with him on a mortgage, and honestly, I keep coming back because he makes everything so comfortable. I don’t mind sharing my financial details with him at all; he just has this calm vibe throughout the whole underwriting process. You never really know what documentation the lender will need; Brandon and Angel always help you figure it out! He’s super quick to reach out to underwriters and really pushes for any reasonable exceptions. I love that he keeps things moving without interrupting your work day, especially because my schedule is so packed. I came back to him after our 10-year fixed mortgage to find a decent rate, and even with the market being tough right now, he locked in a good one for me. We wrapped up an important loan for our primary residence, which makes me feel a lot more secure. And I was completely fine going over all my past debts and financial statements with him. Just wanted to give a big thank you for all the hard work!
