Hands down one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Huge and messy as heck, but worth every napkin. Great sauce and slaw. Lived up to the Hotboys hype! Mine was medium spice and it was decent. I have a high heat tolerance so it was mild but very tasty. Fries have a Cajun-style seasoning on them and are krinkle cut. Tasty, too. My plate was served with an extra side of secret sauce for dipping. When you order a sandwich you get your choice of a side - I had the fries - but I also added a side of chicken etouffe and it was really delicious. I also love the theming - 80s and 90s babies will really like it, as well fans of Meow Wolf. I ordered at the counter, but one couple came in after me and sat down and ordered a their table. This is now my favorite spicy fried chicken sandwich next to the non-spicy fried chicken sandwich at Belfare in Petaluma. I'll be back for sure!!
