As I write this review, I have just made four consecutive phone calls to CSB in an effort to investigate a purported debt. In order, I was placed on hold before being shunted to a canned announcement; hung up on the second try; shunted again into voice mail hell; and finally got the chance to leave my contact phone on a voice mail. The clowns are definitely running this circus of a company. I have seen Girl Scout cookie sales handled more professionally.
