Their customer service is impressive as they always seems do whatever they can to make sure I was satisfied with my request. The last time I used them, the owner, Rick, helped me. My wife and I wanted some work done on her wedding ring for our 15th anniversary. Rick added a diamond band and lowered the setting at a very reasonable price and the work was done quickly.
