I needed to ship some boxes out of state, and I just needed a quote. The employee joyfully gave me a quote of $580 but also told me he wasn’t able to help. I told him the max weight again was good but he told me to call over the phone to their store and they will contact someone else that will be able to help cause they can’t do anything ship out the items. I don’t understand what the situation is and why it can’t be serviced at the store. Sure they can smile at me and tell me they are useless passively, I appreciate the politeness hence the two stars.
