The experience is fine. The monthly agreement is what lost the star. If I cancel, I have 6 months to use the credits I have stacked up. There are not enough good movies to watch, and only recently have I had time to go back because i was working two jobs. I have 25 credits as of today. I have had the membership since 2018. I paid monthly all through Covid and I'd be throwing away over $300 every time I want to pull the plug. I keep trying to use them up...sigh. Nice recliners, friendly staff, clean theater. Usually don't experience any drama- heard about one incident but that's it. Movies always play well, good quality sound. Clean bathrooms.
