I was disappointed that it was not mentioned that one is automatically charged for the "Equipment Protection Plan(EPP)". It is left up to the renter to opt out by carefully reading the fine print rental contract prior to signing. Tricky! I think that a renter should be asked if they would like to opt in to the EPP; opt out should be the default. Otherwise, the rental went smoothly,
