We started working with Nicholas at the very beginning of our home journey - and it was a great experience. Partnering with Nicholas and Chanelle was one of the best decisions we made as we entered the very competitive North Bay housing market. Without their insight, communication skills, and wonderful personalities, we would have had a very difficult transaction with the mortgage company. Thank you so much for helping us purchase our dream Eichler home. Cheers!
