update: recently I requested a review and questions of the work done and Ernie responded with timely and professional answer to the request. Along with the other employees my experience has been good with the one exception being Dave the owner. I have added an additional two stars to the review. The other employees should be acknowledged for the service they provide. We always want to support local business. This was a $23,000 replacement of upstairs and downstairs heating furnaces, install new AC and clean all ducts of two story home. The job was scheduled for 2 to 2.5 days in mid-March but took twice as long due to moving men off our job for half days to go to another leaving us under construction over weekend. As job was nearing completion we mentioned the duct cleaning had not been done. We were told there was not enough time and would be back. We called for three months trying to get the job completed as contracted, left many messages with Judy (she's very professional and courteous) but did not receive a return call from Dave regarding the duct cleaning. Finally after three months we received a voice message from Dave stating: "We are unable to clean the ducts. The machine is down and we do not have the people AVAILABLE to do the job. Please deduct $225 from the invoice. " OK-find someone to duct clean a two story home for $225! no way I hope this helps someone looking for HVAC to avoid trouble.
