text: I enjoy going to the Novato Staples. You usually have what I need and if you don’t, they always offer to get it for me. I am saddened to hear that your manager, Barbara, is leaving today. She is always so helpful and pleasant when I am in your store and even today went out of her way to find me everything I needed. As soon as we walked into the store, a smile went across her face when she said hello and called me by my name, she took care of my return and helped me find a new printer with the correct ink to go with it because I did not want to have to buy ink. She found me one that took the same ink that my dead printer used. It’s unfortunate that you’re losing such an amazing employee. I hope that whoever you get is as kind and compassionate as she is. She is definitely going to be hard to replace
