Bob commenced the project exactly on schedule and completed the remodel within the three-week timeframe he originally quoted, all while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, quality, and safety.\n\nFrom the outset, Bob provided a clear and fair estimate for the scope of work and completed the project fully on budget. As someone who values the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction integrity, I was extremely impressed by both Bob and his crew. The finished bathroom turned out absolutely designer-gorgeous and remains one of the most admired spaces in the home.\n\nEqually important, Bob was exceptionally professional and accommodating throughout the process, particularly when unforeseen conditions arose and when I requested numerous change orders and upgrades. This extensive project included updating the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems, adding air conditioning, strengthening the roof support structure, installing new Low-E windows, adding an additional bathroom, and thoughtfully modernizing the overall 1952-era home.\n\nOnce again, Bob brought outstanding ideas, design improvements, and construction expertise that transformed the property into a true dream home.
