Two other pharmacies in Novato have closed in recent years and it seems like everyone has come here now.\nLines are long and if you have any issues at pick up they direct you I er to drop off meaning you cannot get one stop resolution. You have to wait in line again.\nIf they have an issue filling your prescription they won’t call to ask you anything. It just won’t be there when you arrive at pick up time. This has happened several times to me and I also had to stand in line to return a script that had been substituted for a different generic than the one I needed. They do the bare minimum here and I can’t blame them. I worked in retail years ago and the chronic understaffing here is terrible For the employees as well as customers.\nThe Costco pharmacy and either of the other cvs stores in Novato would be a better choice at this point. I’m hoping to get all of my prescriptions transferred out asap.\nIt would be great if cvs corporate would increase staffing and review customer service protocols with existing staff here.","rating":1,"collection":"Marin public-source records","source_url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25KS1gwWkZNelk0YkVWSFNIWXhWM2wwY205ZmFHYxAB!2m1!1s0x8085bb7931fcf441:0xd8bf729f242ba785","observed_at":"2026-10-11T00:10:11.735Z","published_at":"2026-04-27T18:24:18.846752321Z"},"source_id":"src_b29060ddc399c29a4596","updated_at":"2026-11-02T06:47:00.190Z","type":"Feature","geometry":null,"links":{"self":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92","children":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92/children","descendants":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92/descendants","inside":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92/inside","graph":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/graph?start=atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92","page":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92","json":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_165f2c81d45785e66ae21d92.json"},"ancestors":[],"children_by_kind":[],"edges_out":[{"rel":"about","id":"atm_google_business_6219cfe37519cb8b6f0c9444","kind":"LocalBusiness","name":"CVS","share":null},{"rel":"authored_by","id":"atm_google_profile_f710051fc752633f8241d0d0","kind":"Profile","name":"Heather DiGregorio","share":null},{"rel":"in_collection","id":"atm_geoid_06041","kind":"County","name":"Marin County","share":null},{"rel":"on_platform","id":"atm_platform_google","kind":"Platform","name":"Google","share":null},{"rel":"review_of_place","id":"atm_google_place_6219cfe37519cb8b6f0c9444","kind":"GooglePlace","name":"CVS","share":null}],"edges_in":[],"edges_in_total":1,"external_ids":[],"source":{"id":"src_b29060ddc399c29a4596","url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25KS1gwWkZNelk0YkVWSFNIWXhWM2wwY205ZmFHYxAB!2m1!1s0x8085bb7931fcf441:0xd8bf729f242ba785","license":"Public source;
