I was given two options: (1) Dial-by-name, and (2) the Operator.  That's it.  No sales line.  So I switched to the Operator but there was no answer ... just a voice mail for someone named Stacy Wheeler.   What kind of company throws away money by not even having an option to speak to a sales person?  Well, so much for ITG.
