I went into this location to pick up my phone and activate my account. The greeting was unfriendly, which I could have overlooked, but it got worse from there. Jake handed me my new phone and told me to take it home and activate it myself. That turned out to be terrible advice, because when I did exactly what he said, my phone number was not activated.\n\nI had to go back to work, so I called the store at 6:30 and asked if I could come in so they could fix it. They told me no, showed no empathy, and offered no helpful guidance. Just that I would have to come back tomorrow. They gave me bad information and did nothing to resolve the problem they created. I’ll be escalating this to corporate, but I wanted to post this to say: if you’re thinking of switching because you expect better customer service, don’t.","rating":1,"collection":"Marin public-source records","source_url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tGcVVXa3dlVUp6WldSdGJrOVRWRWx5UVdGQ1UyYxAB!2m1!1s0x8085bcbf3d5e5747:0x2d3559e449887b79","observed_at":"2026-10-11T00:10:26.157Z","published_at":"2026-02-03T03:07:23.263888779Z"},"source_id":"src_aad4a099ede664ebd41a","updated_at":"2026-11-02T06:47:00.190Z","type":"Feature","geometry":null,"links":{"self":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d","children":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d/children","descendants":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d/descendants","inside":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d/inside","graph":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/graph?start=atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d","page":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d","json":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_2d2fa7b15a367016e7c12c4d.json"},"ancestors":[],"children_by_kind":[],"edges_out":[{"rel":"about","id":"atm_ovt_cbaabefb_fe86_4da9_aed8_6d15e8b760b8","kind":"Store","name":"Verizon","share":null},{"rel":"authored_by","id":"atm_google_profile_fa7a1dfb0be93abebd469574","kind":"Profile","name":"Stephanie Singer","share":null},{"rel":"in_collection","id":"atm_geoid_06041","kind":"County","name":"Marin County","share":null},{"rel":"on_platform","id":"atm_platform_google","kind":"Platform","name":"Google","share":null},{"rel":"review_of_place","id":"atm_google_place_1c3ad6f2c520a045105b50dc","kind":"GooglePlace","name":"Verizon","share":null}],"edges_in":[],"edges_in_total":3,"external_ids":[],"source":{"id":"src_aad4a099ede664ebd41a","url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tGcVVXa3dlVUp6WldSdGJrOVRWRWx5UVdGQ1UyYxAB!2m1!1s0x8085bcbf3d5e5747:0x2d3559e449887b79","license":"Public source;
