One star because I purchased their car wash and upon entering the car wash building, something did not look right. As it started spraying my car with soap and then more soap and then water, I realized that it was missing the series of brushes that scrubs your car. I paid $14 for Chevron on Rowland Way to spray soap twice, water, and blow dry to keep my car dirty. I am upset that they even allowed me to pay for a car wash when there wasn't any wash provided. I am disappointed that my car is still dirty . Lastly, I feel really robbed by Chevron.
