    "text": "As of 12/3/2022 these charging stations have been offline for a week and as of yet, not back online. They are being upgraded to what appear to be newer ones, however, the only option for anyone using electrify America is to go to Napa or Petaluma. I reached out to the company when this work started to understand what was going on and when they make be back online, but- crickets. As an EV Electrify America user, I got no heads up that the only charging station in this area was offline and would be for at least a week. What a terrible advertisement for EV\n\nUpdate- the work was completed after about 3 and a half weeks. No notices or outreaches on the closure or when it would open.\nThis is allegedly the way of the future......",
