I came in simply to get change for my business — something I’ve never had an issue with at Wells Fargo or Chase, even close to closing time. The banker seemed visibly irritated, sighing and mentioning that he had already closed his register and didn’t have a change account open. He then asked a colleague for assistance, who rolled her eyes and said her change had already been counted, even though she hadn’t officially closed yet.
