Juan and his brother Leo were top notch.  Their bid was very fair, and they did an excellent job. First, they leveled the floors which were 9-12\" higher on one end than the other.  After that they fixed the foundation, which was not an easy task. The kitchen was also redesigned and remodeled as well as all floors, closets, bathrooms, HVAC, deck, landscaping, etc. The subcontractors they employed were high quality, and competent. Their finish work is superb.\nJuan always responded promptly when I reached out to him. They have come back to address anything that was requested of them. We were very impressed with their responsiveness and service after move in.\nWe knew we made the right choice in hiring Bron Construction to do the renovation.
