    "text": "I really enjoy finding new delicatessens, especially when the caliber of ingredients is so high it amazes the senses, the Italian Delite Sub Sandwich Shop is such a place!\nI wouldn't have know this place existed if not for the wandering Emu that escaped his corral at the Emu-R-Us Egg Farm out in West Marin, that big bird brain made it all the way to the Italian Delite Sub Shop before we got him back on the truck!  It must have been a devine intervention that brought us together here, because my sando was heaven made!\n5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s without even trying!\nMy apologies for the lack of pictures, my phone had a dead battery.",
