text: TERRIBLE. SELLS EXPIRED PRODUCTS KNOWINGLY! The woman who initially helped me was nice and informative but when I got home I realized that the dye I was using was expired after already starting my hair and noticing that it wasn’t the right consistency. I am not new to the brand that I bought, I am loyal to the brand and have bought it a few different places with no issue. The next day I call to see if I can just exchange for ones that are not expired and they tell me that it doesn’t expire and SAYS EVEN THE COLOR THEY USE TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SOMETIMES IS EXPIRED AND THEY STILL USE IT! if the color had come out even and the way it should have I would not have been upset and I would not have complained but they were adamant that I was the one who is incorrect. I will never shop here again and neither should you.
