I recently closed escrow on a property that did not have any pre-inspections and my Buyers (who had reviewed about 15+/- disclosure packages) specifically said they wanted to use HomeGuard because they liked how informational and easy to understand their reports were as they had seen many different inspection reports.  I am now selling my own home and decided to use them for Home, Pest, Roof and Pool.  They all just left my house and did a great job.  Explained everything they saw and were very concise.",
