Had to cross a small stream several times.  Can be muddy after a spring rain.  Many switch backs during elevation climbs or descents. Some nice wildflowers along the trail.  Viewed several birds, including turkeys and many small lizards, frogs and tadpoles.  Don't forget your insect repellent for mosquitoes.
