    "text": "We met John when we contacted him regarding a piece of property that he was showing, which wasn’t a great fit for our family. John did a great job of asking us about what we were interested in, learning about our family, and trying to understand what would be a good fit for us. He showed us a few houses and we made an offer on one of the first few that we saw, but unfortunately, we were outbid and pretty bummed. John coached us through the process and helped us remain positive. He ended up finding an even better home for us, which turned out to be our dream home.\n\nJohn not only helped us land our dream home, but he also helped us sell the house that we were living in. John understood that we were pretty anxious about owning two homes with two mortgages, so he gave us some great advice to prepare the house to fetch top-dollar. We had a strong open house and received 5 offers all over asking the first weekend that we listed the house. John guided us through the offers and ultimately helped us choose which one made the most sense for us to move forward with. We had a wonderful experience working with John, he’s a great communicator, a good person, and a very funny guy. He went above and beyond every step of the way, so we feel very fortunate to have met him, and look forward to working with him again one day!",
