Glenda is such an amazing instructor,she’s always motivating all of us, pushing us to be stronger, and creating such a positive environment. She plays the best music that keeps us feeling good and energized throughout the workout.\n\nEvery time I leave class, I feel sore in the best way possible and so proud of myself. Glenda really focuses on building our strength and muscles, and she truly pays attention to each person individually. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows how to train and motivate every woman in the room.\n\nI 100% recommend Eleva Fitness you will not be disappointed! Definitely one of the best fitness studios in Marin County.",
