Today, at Taco Bell, I got a notification that the order was ready. When I arrived, they said the dessert wasn’t available and asked me to call the customer. After I did, she texted me saying I could choose another dessert. However, the manager was incredibly rude. He demanded I show him the text message, said he had his own rules, and forced me to confirm right in front of him. I’ve never been treated like this.
