Mr. Lopez prioritized my satisfaction, asking that I consider reasons why my wishes may or may not be successful based on his training/license/experience. He has a calm demeanor which eliminates stress I may have with taking on large projects. He kept me informed during the process, conferring with me on  issues that came up. Changes to the scope of the contract were respectfully discussed and amended to the contract.
