However, what disappointed me the most was the attitude of some members of the staff, especially the customer service team. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect was simply not what one would expect from a five-star hotel.\n\nThe valet service was an even worse experience. The attitude of the staff was particularly unpleasant and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism.\n\nWhat makes this experience even more disappointing is that I had visited the hotel in 2019 and had a completely different impression. At that time, the welcome, service, and attention to guests were truly worthy of the Four Seasons standard.\n\nToday, unfortunately, the difference is striking. The experience I had no longer reflects the level of service I previously associated with this hotel.\n\nIt is genuinely disappointing to see such a decline in the quality of service. After this experience, this will most likely be my last visit to Four Seasons Casablanca.","rating":1,"collection":"Marin public-source records","source_url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xCaFkzbEljbkUzVldkMlVuRlhORkU0UlROM2FVRRAB!2m1!1s0xda7d30f4bb685d7:0x3b70333ccc54c1ed","observed_at":"2026-10-11T00:11:29.451Z","published_at":"2026-08-30T15:06:04.492800316Z"},"source_id":"src_6238ab924ec3a116674f","updated_at":"2026-11-02T06:47:00.190Z","type":"Feature","geometry":null,"links":{"self":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173","children":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173/children","descendants":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173/descendants","inside":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173/inside","graph":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/graph?start=atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173","page":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173","json":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_854b88ad8af1a9ba8a2ba173.json"},"ancestors":[],"children_by_kind":[],"edges_out":[{"rel":"about","id":"atm_google_business_eea350c8ac3df80081cd97a4","kind":"LocalBusiness","name":"Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca","share":null},{"rel":"authored_by","id":"atm_google_profile_daa784a9ad4100591aab8b52","kind":"Profile","name":"ikram najm","share":null},{"rel":"in_collection","id":"atm_geoid_06041","kind":"County","name":"Marin County","share":null},{"rel":"on_platform","id":"atm_platform_google","kind":"Platform","name":"Google","share":null},{"rel":"review_of_place","id":"atm_google_place_eea350c8ac3df80081cd97a4","kind":"GooglePlace","name":"Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca","share":null}],"edges_in":[],"edges_in_total":1,"external_ids":[],"source":{"id":"src_6238ab924ec3a116674f","url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xCaFkzbEljbkUzVldkMlVuRlhORkU0UlROM2FVRRAB!2m1!1s0xda7d30f4bb685d7:0x3b70333ccc54c1ed","license":"Public source;
