He recommended them highly, mentioning that his sales rep even helped him find a roofer before the solar install could start.\nTaylor was my sales rep and he made a great first impression. He was knowledgeable as well as personable and walked me through the process to know what to expect. When the install was running late, all of a sudden I was on the schedule!!\nThe install went very well, and the guys on the job were efficient and considerate. PG&E was slammed with all the projects going through, and created their own delays, but the team at SolarCraft did their best to keep things on track.\nRecently Taylor reached out to explain the summer settings and how to navigate the app etc. He also offered to be available going forward if necessary.
