So I made the appointment for 11:30 am, l got there on time, I wasn’t greeted. There was two stylist with clients, both didn’t acknowledge me, so I waited about 15 minutes or more. When one of the stylist asked me my name and then told me that the stylist I scheduled which was Jolene is almost done. So I understand my appointment was 30 minutes she asked if my daughter wanted her hair wash I said yes and then I asked her if she could do the stencils. I understand she was accommodating with what I was asking for because I wasn’t given the option to put it when I made the appointment. As she was doing my daughter’s hair I notice Jolene had a client that was waiting and she told her the client if she could come back 20 minutes. At the end I did some shopping my total was over $200. When we got home and I took a look at my daughter’s hair it looked uneven some string of hair short and long even with the hair dry or wet. So I called customer service and I got a called by the manager and scheduled an appointment with the same stylist to fix it. The appointment got made for us to go in Thursday. A night before the appointment I got a call saying that Jolene wasn’t going to be there Thursday and my appointment got canceled . I am very disappointed and never going to Ulta again.","rating":1,"collection":"Marin public-source records","source_url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2twcVIxVndUVEZQV1RWc1RHMU5VVWhsT0hBMVFYYxAB!2m1!1s0x8085bded5ee8dfa3:0xf7579826c29a09f8","observed_at":"2026-10-11T00:15:54.804Z","published_at":"2026-02-19T04:40:48.531611505Z"},"source_id":"src_62ac0fea6119d1b08075","updated_at":"2026-11-02T06:47:00.190Z","type":"Feature","geometry":null,"links":{"self":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e","children":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e/children","descendants":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e/descendants","inside":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e/inside","graph":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/graph?start=atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e","page":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e","json":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_8d421a3fe060a051edcc4d9e.json"},"ancestors":[],"children_by_kind":[],"edges_out":[{"rel":"about","id":"atm_ovt_3617fd8a_455f_41be_bfba_1099aac95b69","kind":"Store","name":"Ulta Beauty","share":null},{"rel":"authored_by","id":"atm_google_profile_c8ed7d4d2fee5aa153e1bbbd","kind":"Profile","name":"Amy Mejia","share":null},{"rel":"in_collection","id":"atm_geoid_06041","kind":"County","name":"Marin County","share":null},{"rel":"on_platform","id":"atm_platform_google","kind":"Platform","name":"Google","share":null},{"rel":"review_of_place","id":"atm_google_place_b72af02253ed7d94f672f9d8","kind":"GooglePlace","name":"Ulta Beauty","share":null}],"edges_in":[{"rel":"returned","id":"atm_google_call_2860","kind":"SourceCall","name":"Google Places result · Ulta Beauty","share":null},{"rel":"returned","id":"atm_google_call_2922","kind":"SourceCall","name":"Google Places result · Ulta Beauty","share":null}],"edges_in_total":2,"external_ids":[],"source":{"id":"src_62ac0fea6119d1b08075","url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2twcVIxVndUVEZQV1RWc1RHMU5VVWhsT0hBMVFYYxAB!2m1!1s0x8085bded5ee8dfa3:0xf7579826c29a09f8","license":"Public source;
