We purchased a mobile home from her in June 2018. During that process I found it difficult to get responses from regarding offers we were making on the house. That fall fall when it started raining there was a major leak from the solar tubes that the seller had installed. In the disclosure form the seller had stated that there were no roof leaks. Our neighbor later told us that the seller had mentioned to him that there was a roof leak that he had attempted to repair. I called Laura and emailed her as well to try to get contact information on the seller so I could attempt to get reimbursed for my expenses in repairing the problem. Ms. Watts did not respond, either to my emails or to my phone messages.
