We moved to Mill Valley in 2020 with 3 small children and ended up being able to a afford a house that was too small for our growing family. We thought we made a mistake, but by chance got an introduction to Alirio.\n\nHe was generous with his time coming to visit our house and share some ideas of what could be possible on the lot. He was one of the only contractors willing to give us a ballpark estimate on various sized projects and generously introduced us to architects and structural engineers long before we even hired him.\n\nThrough his consultations and his expert and fairly priced architect recommendations, we started to believe that we could dream up and afford a home that would meet our family's needs.\n\nSince 2021 with the expert guidance and construction skill of Alirio and Avila's Constructions' team, we have built 3 large scale projects that were on budget, fairly priced, on-time and expertly built. Even the county inspector now hires Alirio for his own home after being so impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work.\n\nWe have built a 251 sqft 1bedroom/1 bathroom attached addition. We have built a 350 sqft detached garage. And we are almost done completing a 500 sqft second story of 2 bd/1.5 bath. We are also about to start a kitchen remodel to have an open concept island.\n\nAlirio's hard working team have worked full-time on our projects ensuring they are completed in time. They are courteous and enable us to live in our home while doing large jobs. They keep the job site so clean, even other contractors come and commend the team for it. Alirio is easy to connect with and works hard to find creative solutions to have modern aesthetics fit in our mid-sized budget. You really feel like he has your back.\n\nI can not recommend Alirio and Avila's Construction highly enough. We have been able to create a dream home for our family with their help. On-time, on budget and high quality.
