"text": "We had just signed papers on the purchase of our house and I raced over to this branch to make a wire transfer payment. I arrived ten minutes before closing time and felt like I was doing well time-wise. When I walked in there was absolutely no one at the teller's windows and it took a few moments to find someone in one of the offices. He told me he would get someone and went into the back. Well, I waited and waited and now it was five minutes until closing. The woman (Adrienne? Begins with an \"A\") finally came out and she asked me what I needed. When I told her I wanted to do a wire transfer, she literally rolled her eyes and, obviously annoyed, she directed me to her desk. It was so obvious that she felt put out and so I pointed out that I had been standing there for five minutes waiting and waiting. Rather poor customer service!",
