"text": "I called to make an appointment and told the person who answered that I had not been to a salon in over 20 years. She said \"I have the perfect person for you\" and made me an appointment to see Tiffany the same day! I went in and told her to do what she thought was best, I just said I wanted my hair lighter and that was all. We had such a nice conversation as she highlighted and cut my hair, I found out we have a lot in common which is a bonus! I have to say I am thrilled with what she did. Everyone I see is like \"wow your hair is so cute\"! I feel like a new person. I can now say I have a hairdresser! Thank you Tiffany, you ROCK!",
