- As a good home owner I had my gutters cleaned right before autumn. My neighbor recommended Smart Window cleaning. The guys showed up on time…. With a leaf blower, that’s it. I questioned it and asked about them cleaning inside the gutters, and test with water? They said this works fine and not to worry, they don’t need it. 12 min later they done. Really? Paid them $150 A couple weeks later we had massive winds and I ended the leaning the gutters myself with my leaf blower and an extended angled brush broom. Now we’re having rain and the gutters are pouring water out of the seams of the drain pipes, I’m sure since they were not cleaned properly. This hasn’t happened before with other cleaning companies I called to ask about it today and the man Damien who answered was a little rude and told me it had been too long, that I needed to call within a week. Well I actually did call after the guys left saying all they did was blow. Again I was told it would be fine. Save your money and get a real gutter cleaning company. Of course the pics are when the rain let up so it’s not pouring out as heavily
