Matthew Jones · T J Neff Aircraft Sales

text: Made an offer on an airplane that was accepted, but when I said I wanted to get a pre-buy inspection before finalizing (paying a large sum of money) Mr. Neff suddenly had to clear that with the owner first. Mr. Neff has asked me to contact him by the end of the day otherwise he had someone else who had made an offer on the airplane, so I scrambled all day to make the offer work and when I did get back with him he was too busy and ended up becoming fairy unprofessional over the phone because I had “changed the conditions of my offer” by wanting a pre buy prior to finalizing everything. Made me wonder if something was being hidden about the airplane, and at the least it was unusual as pre buy inspections are the norm prior to purchasing such a large investment.
