While I was ordering, the woman behind the counter asked me “what are you going to drink?” instead of asking if I actually wanted a drink. I ended up ordering two small Cokes.\nHowever, when I checked the receipt, I discovered that she had charged me for three medium-sized Cokes instead, which are larger and more expensive than the regular small ones. The total for those drinks alone came out to $16, which is completely unreasonable.\nI also noticed that they added extra charges for sour cream, even though I specifically told her no sour cream on either burrito.\nWhat made the situation even more suspicious is that she did not intend to give me the receipt. I had to specifically ask for it. After seeing the receipt, it became clear that the order had been entered incorrectly.\nIn the end, I paid $54 for two burritos and two Cokes to go, which is completely irrational and unacceptable for such a simple order.\nAt this point, it is hard not to believe that this was done intentionally. This is not about $5 or $10 — it’s about basic honesty and fair treatment of customers. I am sharing this experience so other people pay close attention to what they are being charged.\nI still have the receipt as proof","rating":1,"collection":"Marin public-source records","source_url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tKQ1oxTnpOMGhIWjBSb0xVcFRPV0p0WjJsTGQxRRAB!2m1!1s0x8085bb9a5dfa508b:0x7f5edfb988cec91c","observed_at":"2026-10-11T00:14:59.795Z","published_at":"2026-03-08T19:00:43.630909915Z"},"source_id":"src_b7f050c65d494f8fe242","updated_at":"2026-11-02T06:47:00.190Z","type":"Feature","geometry":null,"links":{"self":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4","children":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4/children","descendants":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4/descendants","inside":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4/inside","graph":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/graph?start=atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4","page":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4","json":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_c1efa86cf756dd6306816ee4.json"},"ancestors":[],"children_by_kind":[],"edges_out":[{"rel":"about","id":"atm_google_business_ac813805fc73d0d87d738eb7","kind":"LocalBusiness","name":"La Carreta Novato Mexican Food","share":null},{"rel":"authored_by","id":"atm_google_profile_27a740344801b99c82cf9189","kind":"Profile","name":"Gustavo Mendieta","share":null},{"rel":"in_collection","id":"atm_geoid_06041","kind":"County","name":"Marin County","share":null},{"rel":"on_platform","id":"atm_platform_google","kind":"Platform","name":"Google","share":null},{"rel":"review_of_place","id":"atm_google_place_ac813805fc73d0d87d738eb7","kind":"GooglePlace","name":"La Carreta Novato Mexican Food","share":null}],"edges_in":[],"edges_in_total":4,"external_ids":[],"source":{"id":"src_b7f050c65d494f8fe242","url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tKQ1oxTnpOMGhIWjBSb0xVcFRPV0p0WjJsTGQxRRAB!2m1!1s0x8085bb9a5dfa508b:0x7f5edfb988cec91c","license":"Public source;
