The greeter asked Lisa if she had time for me between appointments; Lisa calmly and delightfully approved. She was kind and patient with me and my hard-to-explain route to the key question. She went the distance over the phone (corporate expert on the other end is MY guess) which lead my wishful assumption to wind up being true - certainly making Chase competitive. Thank you so much Lisa.
