Whenever I get the chance, I love to go to a work out class with my mom :) Not only are you able to work out your body and feel good but you’re also surrounded by wonderful people who are always encouraging you to do your best! Glenda isn’t just a trainer but she’s also a caring, motivating, and inspiring person who wants the best for everyone and wants them to feel confident with themselves!",
